Our subscription plans offer weekly and yearly access to songs and music generation and include 10 and 100 songs accordingly. Weekly subscribers receive credits for 10 songs generation every week. Yearly subscribers receive credits for 100 songs generation every year.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Apps and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after such changes are posted will constitute your agreement to such changes.
Your use of our Apps is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Our Apps are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Apps are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Apps. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruptions, or loss of business information.
